Seafood and vegetables tossed in a green onion dressing are beautifully presented with herbs and edible flowers.The refreshing acidity makes you look forward to the next dish.

3 Warm vegetable salad in oeuf cocotte

Lightly steamed seasonal vegetables are combined with bagna cauda sauce and a soft-boiled egg in a gorgeous arrangement using traditional French techniques.

4. Pan-fried lobster with American sauce

A seafood main dish served with steamed vegetables and flat basta, with a rich sauce that you can enjoy until the very last bite.

5. Low-temperature roasted Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef and foie gras

A special meat dish featuring roast Wagyu beef and foie gras, accompanied by grilled vegetables and pommes bulee, and topped with a vin blanc sauce poured right before your eyes.

6. Wagyu beef and tomato risotto

A warm and gentle final dish made by placing Japanese Black beef, cheese, and micro-leaf on rice and topping it with consommé soup.
